Yeah, I didn't expect the update to come so soon. Sometimes GOG installers can take weeks to show up, but thankfully this wasn't the case here.

I can still make an Xdelta patch. Not sure if anyone needs one given that GOG installers seem to come very quickly for this particular title.

I am having a problem with the latest installer. First it comes up with illegal characters in the install path and even I manually correct it still won't install complaining about illegal characters.

Hi, vastyr, it seems one of the Deluxe Edition goodies cannot be downloaded. The Deluxe Edition goodies is located in the Google Drive folder and the file name is "the_bards_tale_iv_barrows_deep_extras_instruction.zip". Whenever i try to download this file, it shows me an error and the file download will keep failing. Hope it can be fixed.

*Edit: File download is successful now. I think Google server may have sometimes overload to cause me the error, but everything is fixed and ok now.

bdymit, alright, thanks a lot for the checking :good: I have actually try to download this one goodies file this morning and i keep getting errors but now when i download, the file download is successful and complete. My guess is that maybe the Google servers may have experience some server overload sometimes that cause the error. Anyway, thanks again for helping me to check and i'm glad everything is ok now. :)

I'm a bit confused. the 1.0.0 release of the director's cut had two DLCs:
setup_the_bards_tale_iv_directors_cut_-_deluxe_edition_bonus_1.0.0_(64bit)_(31964).exe
setup_the_bards_tale_iv_directors_cut_four_rewards_1.0.0_(64bit)_(31964).exe
Is it, now, baked in or simply haven't found their way here? Simple informative question, I'm not begging or bitching. Beggars (and Pirates, rawr) can't be choosers. gogdb isn't very helpful, for some reason, with this game:
https://www.gogdb.org/product/1487730861
https://www.gogdb.org/product/1791734456

thank you in advance if you're able to shed some light on the matter.

Cumulonimbus, I'm pretty sure the Directors Cut includes all of the DLC content as it doesn't appear to have any DLC on GOG.
