Old Language Packs include files "loca_**_audio.csv". Can you include this files next time? i think its part of localization.

- added "Lord of the Kings" DLC, v1.4.4_build12_b91b5c8_(19481).
- added DLC info.
- added Language Packs, ripped from "Dungeons.3.Lord.of.the.Kings.MULTI9-PLAZA" release.
NOTE: the English language file has not changed, not sure about the rest... but adding them any way.
