Please, can someone who have the game provide the fixed installers "1.1.104_DLCpatch (30 January 2019)" that fixes the issue with shops not appearing when Shop DLC is installed? Thanks!

Yes, the "definitive edition" is out (1.2.7) and available on GOG.

You shouldn't look there at the BUILDS section. You have to look at the DOWNLOADS or Changelog section, and the last version GOG offers is still 1.1.104_DLCpatch. We'll have to wait a little more til 1.2.7 is finally (hopefully) avalaible to GOG users.
