I'm also fan of Quake series, so here's a fun fact: CD image shipped with GOG version of Quake 1 is this one, but not dumped properly as redump version (CD audio offsets and pregaps are wrong). However, the data track is intact.
Quake image on TPB uploaded by user WinstonSmith6079 is exactly the same (byte by byte), so you can also get that one.

These files are long gone thanks to Guapler. He also decided not to share anymore, it's too public here and Redump doesn't allow sharing.
