Whilst running the run.sh of Tomb Raider. Is my installation incomplete or something?

I also took Rise of the Tomb Raider from the google drive and that one says "Rise of the Tomb Raider cannot be started while Steam is not running" I ran the game through the run.sh Am i supposed to do something else?

I've already run the setup.sh files in the steam-runtime folders which updated something about "pins"

Shadow of the Tomb Raider crashes on launch that's probably a different problem

You need the libxcrypt 32bit package for your distro, since i use manjaro i got it from the aur lib32-libxcrypt-compat.

Now I tried it and it seems these errors are normal:
