MULTI6 version, same as Windows. And originally be one installer same as WIN. Same now - just differ names for installer - they still same as each others. There is no point in keep them at uploud\cloud.
There is always a way to change language by editing HOSP.CFG. Lang-0.dat and Sound-0.dat -> lang=eng -> english. Same for fre, deu, esp, ita and swe. All 6 files same as complete game distib is same in all 6 installers.
(WIN version still be 1 single installer with all 6 files and language switcher in GOG launcher).
