As you've said, the integrity check passed but I still get an error ShellExeceuteEx failed.
I already had .NET 4.6.2 so i'm gonna pass that.
I'm surprise that GOG team not carefully checking installation file.

I've downloaded from the link Tom a Jerry provided, which is the English version v2.1.0.21 (the 2 file names are called "Neverwinter Nights Diamond(v2.1.0.21)[GOG].z01" and "Neverwinter Nights Diamond(v2.1.0.21)[GOG].zip") and when I perform the integrity check before installation, it always freezes. I've re-downloaded the files 2 times again and the integrity check still freezes every time. I suspect the files are corrupted as the integrity check cannot be completed at all.

Can anyone kindly please upload again the latest English version of GOG Neverwinter Nights Diamond (Version 2.1.0.21) here?

Dear Tom a Jerry, I think maybe the problem is with cloud.mail.ru. Maybe some minor section of the files accidentally got corrupted during the uploading process. The problem is that the integrity check always freeze when I perform it. Anyway, thanks for your concern too. I've downloaded the link from vastyr and i am able to pass the integrity check from vastyr's Neverwinter Nights Diamond GOG installer.

In my experience, cloud.mail.ru downloads are very unstable and the server responses seem non-standard. For instance, the server often reports segment done but in fact it's cut short. If the download is on low server load period and without even a single error, the downloaded file would be fine. It's always a pain to download large files, often times it takes multiple tries to download without error, but the burst speed is very fast on low traffic time period. Hope this helps.

If you download torrents you may browse the internet since it checks hash of the files and re-downloads if something is corrupted. If you download directly from site I can only suggest not to use internet during the downloading process at all, it's corrupted few of my downloads already. One more thing I noticed is that when you tell mailru to package 2-3-etc files in zip there's higher chance for archive to be corrupted, just my case. Sorry for offtop!

curt & jwind, it is best to download files from mail ru 1 by 1, especially if files are over 1GB.
So if a game has been divided to to several rar/zip parts, it's best to download 1 file at a time, or multiple files selected 1 by 1.

For example in my link there are 2 rar parts.
I would select "part1.rar" and download it, deselect it from list, then select "part2.rar" and download it.

Hope you guys understand what I mean. LOL!

@vastyr I downloaded this yesterday, but cant rehash it. This version seems the same, but checksum is completely different (previous 234D2BD8F4EB9988F7357CE612197177C6E10C8A, current 32C211FC15E74CB5BD9C5BD29BA0018D34CC272A).

i downloaded the pack for the second time and the problem still exist
here is the proof please can you upload the files on torrent because i've a very slow connection and redownloading the whole files would take forever gain and yadi.sk doesn't open from my side

Yes you are right, ADMIN's file is corrupt.
Created a new download link with a tested and working release.
Uploaded to Cloud (sorry I don't do torrent's).
