Well the missing are like 90% releases. I believe its the same pack thats already been around in usenet 10 years.

I think they are scene, but they re-released lots of older things on '96 and Splatterkings also later.

Re-releasing is not allowed in the scene. It's called a dupe and will get nuked instantly.

Yeah, P2P. If they were scene groups they would have to release everything as INTERNAL since they are all dupes.
