Here's a tip for you all to pass on.
Stupid version numbers often have a build number at the end in brackets.
In this case (41922) or (41923)
Whenever the BUILD numbers are similar (between WIN, MAC & NIX), then you will have the latest versions.
BUILD numbers over-rule the silly gog file name versions.
Why? Because G0G make mistakes, they are human.
They can't release another file with the same name/version, so a BUILD version is added in () at the end.
I say this 'lightly'.
GOG have updated many files in the past with no file name change. They still do to this day. With windows files you can check "Digital Signatures".
>>>Right click on the WIN .exe. file >>> Properties >>> Digital Signatures TAB > and you will see a Date/Timestamp. >>> You want the latest

https://www.gogdb.org/changelog usually won't report this (it's a silent update), so only owners of the game can help with notifications in their G0G account.
I hope this helps.
@MODs/ Admin , feel free to sticky this in signatures, etc.
