destroyerxx, it utilizes various workarounds for passive and active deep packet inspection which is a common tactic ISPs use to block websites from certain parts of the world. It's a decent alternative to a VPN if you can't afford or do not have access to one.

So the latest patch for the game, as yet, is 1.9.2.404S_(31016), correct? Thank you very much. I plan to buy it once it goes on sale, it's a wonderful game.

i was on last sale thinking to buy it but didnt it (mistake). now i know next sale im gonna buy it too its really a lot content for not more than 18 bucks (~14 bucks on sale)

You're doing something wrong because the "pirated" version of ANY GOG game is EXACTLY THE SAME as one legitimately purchased. There is literally no difference.

Always use HDD (mechanical) for storage/backup, SATA/m.2 SSD's for OS and gaming - preferably one for OS & Apps, and another for games.

current SSDs are VERY good endurance wise and can take petabytes of writes. no normal user will ever reach that. the SSD will be outdated before the NAND cells are worn out.

pro IP tip.

keep your important data you dont want to loose in at least 2 places 3 is preferred! 2 physical, 1 cloud.

normally it updates all whats need to be updated (so the update patch should be the only one u need)
But i can only give u feedback from other GOG games cause i dont update many games. most of the time i load an full installer ^^

Hi Tom & Jerry. Sorry to bother you but it seems that in the DLC folder the first part of "a_womans_lot" rar is missing (there are only part2.rar and part3.rar).

Yeah, the problem was probably on my side - I've checked again and all parts all there indeed. Cheers.
