According to this forum nothing changed in the game from version 1.4.0.1.5 to 1.4.0.2. It might be just a compatibility patch.
BTW is there any place you guys would recommend for checking the list of changes made to a game (aka changelog)?

To mass install dlc, check Bonaqua's "alldlc" batch: viewtopic.php?p=90721#p90721
As of Sep 24 2022 rar files contain 3% recovery record.
