All of the DLC in your post are ver 1.06.03.01 (39396) while the main game is 1.06.02 (38991). Is that a GOG naming screwup or are these mismatched?

It's still not clear whether GOG just screwed up the filenames, or if they forgot to make the correct main game installer available. I have never seen GOG release DLC with different version numbers than main game.

I installed it, game version is 1.06.02 like the main installer says, and the DLCs work, so I guess GOG just named them wrong.

please check the downloads again, someone that has the game. correct file names should be warhammer_40_000_gladius_relics_of_war_lords_of_skull_unit_dl_1_06_4a_40621.sh and so on.

All DLC of any version from any OS are compatible with any version of the game, identical in the game DLC contents of files of the installation packages.
My post above has everything.

All DLC present in warhammer_40k_gladius_complete_v1.8.1_gog_repack.
Also you can download all DLC from Windows/macOS version, unpack its and add files to Warhammer 40 000 Gladius Relics of War/game/Data wich installed from warhammer_40_000_gladius_relics_of_war_1_08_01_47625.sh.
For example (Windows exe-installer):

All game data resource files are the same for any OS. Only the binaries and libraries in the Binaries directory differ. These files are OS dependent.
