About: Hunted by the Adeptus Astartes, the Ork Mogrok has made a desperate gambit: he has opened a warp
rift on Alaric Prime.

The planet plunges into new depths of madness as war rages on. Hordes of Chaos Daemons pour in from the
rift, threatening to sweep over the Sanctus Reach system. Only the Space Wolves stand tall before the chaotic
tide, the last bastion of the Imperium. Should they fall the whole system will be lost and all the blood that has
been spilt so far will be for nothing.

Warhammer 40,000: Sanctus Reach is back with a new expansion. You will lead the Space Wolves in the
last chapter of the Sanctus Reach campaign: Logan Grimnar’s chapter will once again show its valour in
a 16 scenarios single player campaign. In the Horrors of the Warp campaign you will have to face a new
dangerous threat: Chaos Daemons. You will need to adapt and tailor your tactics to face this implacable
new enemy.

Chaos Daemons have also been added as a new playable faction in Skirmish, with many new units each
devoted to a different Chaos god! Servants and champions of Nurgle, Slaanesh, Khorne and Tzeentch are
ready to swarm over Orks and the Imperium alike, with new mighty abilities derived from the Warp.
Hordes of Bloodletters, crazy Chaos Spawns, fetid Plague Drones, and infernal Soul Grinders… the pits of

We are going to release Horrors of the Warp later today (at around 2 pm UK time), but in order to prepare for that we are releasing the 1.2.2 update accompanying the new expansion. It adds, among other things, localization to Russian. On top of that there's quite a few balance changes.

Update 1.1.8 (05 March 2018)
Hello everyone

v1.1.8 is a fairly substantial update for Sanctus Reach and includes not only bug fixes and balancing amendments but also a significant update to the melee / morale system. We think this change will add some interesting gameplay and force selection changes whilst also improving the balance between 'firepower' and 'melee' units. It also makes leader placement and 'morale management' more significant and we'd be very interested in your feedback on this.

Some of you might also be pleased to know that there is another fix to the experience/ability system and some tweaks have been made to the random army list unit selection in skirmish mode. This should provide more balanced lists with a more even distribution of unit types.

Key changes:
- Changes to morale. All melee units now inflict morale damage in a radius around them as long as their morale is greater than 50 in Veteran and Grim Darkness difficulty.
This is quite a big meta change which increased the effectiveness of large numbers of low cost melee units and makes morale management more interesting. Any feedback would be appreciated
- Melee units reduce morale for every enemy unit in a 3 tile radius around them as long as their morale is above 50. Its -10 at 3 tiles, -20 at 2 tiles and -30 at 1 tile.
- Low morale now reduces a units combat skill (the chance to hit and dodge in melee combat)
- Added tiles to the tactical display to visualize new morale loss from melee units system
- Fix for abilities. If you do not pick an ability during battle or at the review stage you can pick the ability at the start of the next battle.
- Tweaks to random army list unit selection in skirmish mode. Should provide more balanced lists with a more even distribution of unit types.
- Fixed Gorkanaut flamer getting infinite attacks
- Added missing strings for Legacy of the Weirdboy DLC
- Minor tweaks to AI to stop flamers targeting tanks as much
- Fixes to shaders and lighting tweaks
- Fixed Flight of the Morkanoughts mission not ending
- Fixed side icons on results screen.
- Increased warbikers movement by 1 tile
- Fixed bug where user maps would not load
- Reduced amount of reinforcements slightlyDecreased turn limit on Rear Guard mission
- Increased turn limit on Sulphuric Refinery mission
- Removed artillery from Clockwork massacre mission
- Increased damage of Valkyrie missiles slightly
- Decreased damage of Ork choppas slightly
- Increased damage of thermal cannon
- Increased damage of vanquisher cannon
- Decreased accuracy of storm bolters slightly
- Decreased damage and power of bolt pistols and sluggas
- Decreased the transport size of space wolf heroes in terminator armour
- Decreased accuracy of supa kannon slightly.
- Changes to tournament scoring. Score is now out of 100 with 30% for winning, 30% for who has most victory location points, 40% for casualties.
- Added Russian font support for translation testing.
