Thanks vastyr. Didn't the other DLCs update as well? Also main exe is updated to 5509 but the DLC you posted is only up to 2684. Is this ok?

MarY0, well, the thing is that Black_Scorpion_666 posted the full installer + dlc v3.6.33.2684_(25640), but
on the same or next day v3.6.33.5509_(25725) was released, so he only added the game update, not the dlc.

You have 2 options,
1. you install the dlc with it's corresponding game update v3.6.33.2684_(25640),
then apply the latest game patch from v3.6.33.2684_(25640) to v3.6.33.5509_(25725).

2. you can try the following...

I have an older version of the game with "64bit" prefix in the file name. I wasn't aware that they removed it. Thanks for help, sorry for spam.
